Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge Announces $1.4 Million U.S. Department of Energy Grant to Case Western Reserve University

WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH – November 27, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge (OH-11) is pleased to announce the U.S. Department of Energy awarded Case Western Reserve University $1.4 million under the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) OPEN 2015 program. With these funds, Case Western will develop open-source software to collect data, audit energy efficiency, and provide advice for improvements.

The U.S. Department of Energy awarded a total of $125 million in ARPA-E OPEN 2015 program grants. Case Western Reserve University was one of 41 projects from 21 states to receive funds.
