WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 16, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Gibbs released the following statement prior to the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee considers the Regulatory Integrity Protection Act.
“I have heard from states, local governments, farmers, home owners, and other stakeholders about the high costs and regulatory burden of this rule. The Regulatory Integrity Protection Act will stop this flawed rule from implementation and maintain the cooperative partnership between the states and the federal government. Major achievements have been made since the Clean Water Act was enacted and the Administration’s proposed rule moves to erode the progress and strong partnerships.”
