CABOR TO HOST FORECLOSURE INTERVENTION LUNCHEON FOR REALTORS ON FEBRUARY 26, 2010

February 9, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — CABOR, one of the largest REALTOR® associations in the state (CABOR) is partnering NHSGC and CHN, two of the largest community development corporations in Northeast Ohio, to combat foreclosures. On February 26, 2010, CABOR will host a “Foreclosure Intervention Luncheon” to provide REALTORS with tools and resources to help them to open a dialogue with their clients, friends and family about the sensitive but relevant topic of foreclosure.

There will be a continuing education program (for 1 C.E. hour) followed by lunch and each attendee will receive a foreclosure prevention emergency kit. CABOR is able to offer this great program to its members at a special low rate through its foreclosure prevention and response grant. The cost is $5 for CABOR members and the media, and $10 for non-members, and includes the C.E. program, lunch and emergency kit.
